SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Which countries do Douchebags ship to?
We ship to all countries within the EU*, USA, Canada, Switzerland and Norway. 
*Except Lithuania, Greece, Croatia, Turkey, Åland and Guernsey

How much does shipping and handling cost?
EU: 
Free shipping and handling on all orders above 150€.  10€ fixed shipping and handling on orders below 150€.
Norway: Free shipping and handling on all orders above 1500 kr. 100 NOK fixed shipping and handling on orders below 1500 kr.
US and Canada: Free shipping and handling. 

How do I know when my order ships?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number(s) as soon as the order leaves our warehouse. 

What is the estimated shipping time?
The estimated delivery time is approximately 2-5 business days, however this timeline may vary with the final destination. Please allow for 1 additional business day of processing and handling your order. 

Where do you ship the order from?
European orders are shipped from our warehouse in Denmark, US orders from our warehouse in the California and Canadian orders from our warehouse in Canada.

Do I have to pay customs when I order from douchebags.com? 
All orders from douchebags.com are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). You will not receive any additional customs or tax*.

* Please note that for orders to Switzerland, added taxes will occur and you will be charged for this separately, but you will not be charged for the EU tax when checking out.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?
No, the shipping address cannot be changed after the order has been placed.

How will I know that you received my order and when will the payment be deducted?
After your order is processed you will receive an order confirmation number on the screen and also by email. Your credit card will be charged when your order ships.

Can I add items to an existing order?
No, items cannot be added to an existing order once payment has been made.

How can I cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed and payment is taken, you cannot cancel your order. If you have any questions or concerns about your order please contact our Customer Happiness Center at hello@douchebags.com, or give us a call at: (+47) 24 07 70 77.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

How long do I have to return my purchase?

Items may be returned for a refund within 60 days from the date of the original purchase. Items must have all original tags attached, be un-used and in the original new condition.

How long will my refund take? 

Refunds may take between 7-14 business days to process once an item has been delivered to our returns facility, and may vary depending upon the credit card company that you used for the original purchase.

How do I return my product(s)?

You have the right to exchange or receive a full refund on the items you have purchased within 60 days of their delivery. Exchanges and refunds are issued providing the garment/product has not been used and is not damaged, with tags still attached. 

Refunds will be paid to your credit card and normally take 7 to 14 days before your account is credited.

Free returns in all countries except Switzerland, Canada and Malta.

Can I exchange my product(s)?

For product exchange, please follow the return instructions. After we have received your product at our warehouse facility, we will refund the original order, and you can place a new one. 

 

PRODUCTS

Are the products waterproof? 
Our products are not waterproof. However, we say that the products are water resistant. The Base, The Scholar, The Huggers, The Carryalls, The Bastards and The Douchebag are created with two kinds of layers. The layer on top is TPE, and is waterproof. The other layer is polyester and is not waterproof. The Pure White products has TPE all over, and is more water resistant than the other colors.

Can I fit two pairs of skis inside the Douchebag? 
The Douchebag perfectly fits either one of the following options:

  • One pair of skis, poles, boots, helmet and apparel
  • Two pairs of skis and apparel
  • One snowboard, boots, helmet and apparel
  • Two snowboards, boots and apparel
  • One pair of skis, one snowboard and apparel

Which products works with the hook-up system?
Our goal is to redefine how you travel, and the hook-up system is a big part of achieving that goal. Essentially, all backpacks hook up to all roller bags.

The Bastards, and the Douchebag fits perfectly with both the Huggers, the Carryalls and the Base. The Base can be hooked on to the Aviator.

Do you offer any repair service?
All of our products have a 2 year warranty. If you experience any damage to your product, you can head on over to the warranty portal or send us an email at warranty@douchebags.com.
