Db Equipment AS is also registered as a VAT (sales tax) applicable company in Denmark (CVR 34 53 97 66) – our customs point of entry when shipping goods to the EU. Therefore, all shipments to our EU residents will be automatically invoiced with the Danish VAT of 25% included in the price. The sales tax may most likely not be refundable or deductible in your country, local exceptions may apply. All products are ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to a private person within the EU.   • Db Equipment AS is registered as a VAT (sales tax) applicable company in Denmark (CVR 34 53 97 66) – our customs point of entry when shipping goods to Europe. Since Switzerland is outside the European Union we will not charge Swiss customers with Danish VAT. Db Equipment AS will handle all works to Switzerland, but customers will have to pay the local VAT (8%) and the direct customs fee (estimated to be around 2€) to local authorities when receiving our products. Db Equipment AS is not responsible for the local regulations in Switzerland, and customers are buying our products at their own risk. Db Equipment AS encourages all Swiss customers to confirm these regulations with your local authorities before ordering. Shipping

  • Db Equipment LTD ships to all fifty stated in United States. All shipments are handled via Shipwire (www.shipwire.com). Deliveries are made only Monday through Friday (holidays excluded). Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. The following rates apply to the continental United States only. Shipping rates and options are clearly stated on our website during the checkout process, and usually vary between $10-25 depending on size. Orders typically arrive within 3 to 6 business days (Monday through Friday not including holidays).
  • European Union
  • Db Equipment AS ships to all 27 nations within the European Union and Switzerland. All shipments are handled via Prime Cargo with an average delivery time of 2-5days after the order has been placed. Deliveries are made only Monday through Friday (holidays excluded). Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. Shipping rates and options are clearly stated on our website during the checkout process, and usually vary between 10-20 €.
  • Norway
  • All shipments in Norway are handled via Tollpost Globe MyPack (www.mypack.no) with an average delivery time of 2 days. MyPack delivers you order to a location near you with over 700 place of delivery all over Norway. When the package arrives at the destination you will get a SMS or email telling you that your order has arrived. On locations where MyPack do not have a local agent for delivery, MyPack automatically forwards your package with Bring Logistics.
  • Switzerland
  • All shipped packages are insured. If the package and/or the content are damaged upon arrival, please report it to the courier upon delivery. We strongly suggest insuring your return packages. Db Equipment AS is not responsible for lost packages. Always keep your receipt. If you notice any damages when you unpack your items, please contact us.

Returns

  • You have the right to exchange or receive a full refund on the items you have purchased within 60 days of their delivery. Exchanges and refunds are issued providing the garment/product has not been used and is not damaged. Mailed Returns or Exchanges must be returned prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. We strongly suggest insuring your return packages. Db Equipment is not responsible for lost packages. Refunds will be paid to your credit card and normally take 7 to 14 days before your account is credited.

Webshop Warranty

  • Our mission is simple. We want to deliver the best possible travel equipment to you. We warrant all products to be free of defects in material or craftsmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase on the Site. If a product fails due to defects in craftsmanship or materials, within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product free of charge. Be aware that this warranty is limited to the original purchaser only.

    The warranty does not apply to ordinary wear and tear of the products, nor in the event of abuse, neglect, carelessness, using the product in any way other than is intended, replacement with any part or accessory other than original parts and products, or any attempt of repair or modification unless expressly permitted in writing by Db Equipment. Corrosion and deterioration caused by material fatigue after extended use is not covered by the warranty. Damage due to wear and tear, misuse or neglect, while not covered under this warranty, may be repairable for a reasonable fee. Please contact us about such a repair.

    THE FOREGOING LIMITEDWARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND EXCEPT FOR ANY EXPRESS WARRANTIES STATED HEREIN, DB EQUIPMENT EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF QUALITY, CONDITION, MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. DB EQUIPMENT’S LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY, AND PURCHASER’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY, IS LIMITED TO REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS STATED HEREIN. IN NO EVENT SHALL DB EQUIPMENT’S LIABILITY EXCEED THE PRICE OF THE INDIVIDUAL PRODUCT WHOSE DEFECT OR DAMAGE IS THE BASIS OF THE CLAIM. DB EQUIPMENT WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY EXPENSES WHICH WOULD BE CONSIDERED INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.Please contact our warranty department if you have any questions.

Retailer Warranty

  • Please contact the local retailer where the original purchase was conducted.
